DigitalAsset Finder™ v2.1 delivers new performance features along with an enhanced user interface that provides an improved user experience for managing assets. The most important functionality is the addition of automatic Classification and Taxonomy Management for improved access to electronic data. Automatic classification ensures content is classified to a corporate standard, ensures governance, assists with retention, compliance, enhances search experience, increases findability and reduces risk.

Improved features in the DAF v2.1 release include:

Taxonomy and Classification Support
This new functionality allows the user to automatically classify electronic data based on content and associated field values.

AJAX Enabled
DAF v2.1 provides the user with a better interactive response and new tree object technology resulting in quicker load times.

Customization for Virtual Hit Headers
Asset titles are now configured based on user templates and not just per repository resulting in more user control on the information displayed for each content type in the hit list.

Support for Multiple Input Queues Per Capture Template
This feature increases the throughput during the loading of data by separating those assets requiring special processing from the rest.

Optimized User Interface
A complete redesigned user interface allows for easier search and retrieval. With the option to detach the hit list to a separate window the user can now take advantage of multiple screens to keep the search and hit list windows side by side.
